Postcards, printed and mailed for you
Mail 500 postcards.
Book more appointments.
Design a card, pick who gets it, and we print it and put it in the mail. Every card carries a QR code, so you find out who scanned. You pay per card. No subscription, no contracts.
How it works
Three steps to a mailbox
Design it
Pick a template built for your trade, or start with an empty card. Type your offer, add your logo and colors, put a QR code where you want it. Then look at a true-to-print preview of the front and the back.
Mail it
Upload your customer list, or draw an area on a map and we fill in the addresses. Pick a date. We print the cards, put first-class postage on them, and hand them to USPS.
Track it
The QR code on each card points to a link belonging to that one recipient. When a scan comes in, you know which card it was and which address it went to. You also see when the card was delivered.
Why CardCadence
Nobody has a spam folder for their mailbox
A postcard ends up on the counter by the door and stays there a day or two. Someone picks it up, reads it, occasionally sticks it to the fridge. The hard part was always knowing whether any of that turned into a booking — which is the part we went after.
- Card Designer — start from a template written for your trade, drop in your colors and logo, and see a print proof before anything mails.
- One card or a thousand — send a single postcard to one contact without setting up a campaign at all. Set up a campaign when you actually want one.
- You can see where it went — each card’s QR code points to a link belonging to that recipient, and every card shows its own delivery status, from printing through delivered.
- You pay per card — put money in a wallet and each card you mail draws it down. No monthly fee, no minimum, no contracts.
- Written for your trade — dental, HVAC, vets, med spas and dozens more, with offers that fit the work instead of generic stock copy.
New · Build your list by neighborhood
No list? Mail the whole neighborhood.
You don’t need a spreadsheet to start. Type in a ZIP code, or draw a circle, a box, or any shape you like on a map, and we fill in every mailable address inside it. It’s the simplest way to cover the streets around your shop.
- Type a ZIP, or draw on a map — one ZIP or several, or a circle, a box, or a shape you draw yourself.
- We fill in the addresses — every mailable household inside the area, addressed to “Current Resident.”
- 60M+ US addresses — they come from the US National Address Database. Nothing to buy, no CSV to clean up.
- Tracked the same way — every card still carries its own QR code, so you can tell what the drop brought in.
How neighborhood mailing works
Three steps to cover a street
Pick an area on the map
Type in a ZIP code or a few, or draw a circle, a box, or a freehand shape around the streets you want.
We fill in the addresses
We pull every mailable address inside that area out of the US National Address Database — over 60 million of them — addressed to the current resident.
Launch your postcards
Choose your design, pick a send date, and we print and mail every card. Each one carries its own QR code.
Simple pricing
One price. Per postcard. That’s it.
Printing, postage, and mailing are in the price. Pick a size, put money in your wallet, and pay for whatever you actually send.
The honest pitch
The case for mailing with us
We launched recently, so there are no customer quotes to show you yet. Here’s the argument on its own.
Pay per card, from $0.75
One price covers printing, postage, and mailing. You put money in a wallet and each card you mail draws it down. No subscription, no contracts, no minimum order.
Send one card, or launch a campaign
Sometimes you just want to mail one person. Pick the contact, pick a design, look at the front and back exactly as they’ll print, and send it. You can do that from the dashboard, from your contacts list, or from a contact’s own page.
You can tell what happened
Each card’s QR code points to a link belonging to that recipient, so a scan traces back to the exact card and the exact address it came from. Every card also carries a delivery status — printing, in transit, delivered — and they all sit in one Postcards list.
Design it or upload it
Start from a template written for your trade, or upload art you already have. Either way you see a print proof before a single card mails.
Mail a free sample first
We’ll print one card and mail it to your own address, free. Look at the paper and the color yourself, and check that the QR code scans, before you spend anything.
Same-day send
Design a card in the morning and schedule the drop that afternoon. We do the printing, the postage, and the hand-off to USPS.
Built for local trades
Dental, HVAC, vets, med spas and dozens more. The templates come with offers that fit the work, not generic stock copy.
