Where Postalytics is the better choice
If you have a CRM and want mail to fire from it, use Postalytics
This is the real dividing line, and it is not close. Postalytics integrates with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Keap and Zoho, and can trigger a mailing from an event in your CRM. CardCadence has none of that — no CRM integrations, no trigger-based automation, no multi-channel campaigns. If your marketing runs on a CRM and you want a postcard to go out automatically when a deal reaches a stage, Postalytics does something CardCadence simply cannot do, and the monthly fee buys you that machinery. It is also a more established product with a wider format range, including letters.
Where CardCadence fits
CardCadence suits a narrower case
- You mail in bursts — seasonally, or a few times a year — and a monthly fee in the months you do not mail is your largest cost.
- You run a local service business and your list is your own customers, not a CRM pipeline.
- You want the price of a drop to be arithmetic you can do in your head before you commit.
- You want to see the card before you spend anything — every account can mail one free sample to itself.
- You do not need letters, multiple postage classes, or automation triggered by another system.
Common questions
Questions people actually ask
Is CardCadence cheaper than Postalytics?
It depends entirely on how often you mail, not how much. If you mail 2,000 cards a year in quarterly bursts, pay-per-piece at $1.19 is $2,380 for the year with nothing else to pay. A $199/month plan is $2,388 in subscription alone before a single card prints. If instead you mail several thousand cards every month, the subscription buys itself back in lower per-piece rates and the answer flips. Run your own volume through both.
Can I import my Postalytics contact list?
Yes. CardCadence imports contacts from a CSV, with column mapping and duplicate detection, so an export from any other platform works. There is no direct migration tool — it is an export and an import.
Does CardCadence integrate with my CRM?
No. There are no CRM or practice-management integrations today — not HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Dentrix, or anything else. Lists come in by CSV. If automated CRM-triggered mail is a requirement, Postalytics is the better fit.
Do you offer letters or larger formats?
No. CardCadence mails postcards in three sizes — 4×6, 6×9 and 6×11 — First Class only. If you need letters or a choice of postage class, that is outside what it does.
What happens if I stop using CardCadence?
Nothing to cancel — there is no subscription. Your campaigns, contacts, designs and wallet balance stay where they are, and unused wallet balance does not expire.
